REP-52266: The in-process Reports Server failed to start

Start --> run--> %temp% --> Press Enter and copy path

go to regedit -->oracle_home-->HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -->SOFTWARE -->report_temp
Replace the temp path and re start oc4j.

    finally i solved this issue , 😅, and its simple solution you cant imagine haha , simply the reason of this issue is my computer have shared printer drivers its contain ip adresses like 192.168.1.pla pla so when i removed all shared printer devices from my computer and remove drivers also , boom its work fine 💪 problem is been solved
